The place was clean with free parking and an amazing bed. I thoroughly enjoyed twin/double room. This reasonably priced and absolutely stunning hotel had central setting in near center. Plus, it was short walk to all the main touristy highlights such as the ancient Medina and landmarks.

The hotel was fairly clean with super friendly staff from the concierge to the reception and manager. Our rooms at this place were large with large opening window. The location was great and comfy, not too far from a public square. The property was a comfortable base for enjoying a quiet area...

The dining options at Kenzi Basma are a dream! The breakfast buffet is packed with delicious choices-think Moroccan pastries and fresh fruit-to fuel your adventures. I also loved the clean, crisp vibe of the hotel. Upgraded to a Premium Room, I got a perfect view and serene comfort.
Though I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was a bit bumpy. The desk staff greeted me with a rather curt, 'you are early,' which put a damper on things. Plus, the promised WiFi was more of a ghost-definitely not the high-speed connection advertised. Not what you'd expect at a great hotel!

This hotel shoul be change from 4 stars to 1 star! Very old and price to high!
The lady in the reception that usually is on duty in the morning and afternoon have no idea of what is it ospitality. Very impolite and silly. Trust me, find another hotel in casablanca!

The location was exellent, but we expected more of Kenzi chain. On our arrival we stayed at Kenzi Tower, one star more, but enormous difference.
A problem with shower.. Chairs in the breakfast room were dirty. It seems they were never cleaned,

I found the hotel to be a good option for a short stay, with a comfortable room and a pleasant breakfast buffet with a variety of items. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, and our experience was marred by a lack of service when we needed assistance with towels, not replaced promptly.

Kenzi Basma Hotel is well situated, but would need some investments to be renovated. My room was spacious, with a terrace and mosque view. The room was clean and very quiet! The staff is quite nice and helpful. The breakfast is basic, the dinner was excellent.
The Internet connection is not very stable, on the other hand it was always fixed when I asked.
